Get in touch
Email is the fastest route, and it reaches us directly:
We read every message and reply as quickly as we can.
What to include
The more of this you can tell us, the faster we can help:
- The email address on your account.
- What you were doing, and what happened instead.
- Whether you're on the iPhone app or the web app.
- The date of the list you were looking at, if it's about a setup.
Billing and cancellation
Cancelling stops your next renewal and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancel during your free trial and you're never charged at all.
If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple handles the billing — manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions. We can't cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf, but we can help you find it.
If you subscribed on the web, email us and we'll sort it out.
Refunds. Except where consumer-protection law says otherwise, monthly fees aren't refundable once a period has started — the free trial is there so you can decide before you're charged. If you think you're owed one, email us and we'll look at it.
For an App Store purchase the decision isn't ours to make either way. Apple owns those refunds — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com . We can't process it for you.
What we can't help with
We can't tell you what to trade. StockSetupLists is informational and educational only — it doesn't provide investment or trading recommendations, and we can't advise on your positions, your account, or whether a given setup is a good idea. That's not modesty, it's the line we hold. See our disclosures for the full picture.
